""I didn't realise how much history there is involving Ireland and World War 1. This experience has taught me a lot and really opened my eyes, and I hope to take this experience back home and use it to teach others what it's all about""Sean, Community WorkerMessines Youth Fellowship
"So you've been to Belgium with us, but what other opportunities are open to you?"
Well, as part of the International School for Peace Studies we are establishing a new youth section called the "Messines Youth Fellowship". It is targeted at young people in Northern and Southern Ireland aged between 14 to 25 years old. Our intention is to open up greater opportunities for all our past participants.
What will the Messines Youth Fellowship offer you as a member?
- Opportunity to take part in exciting new projects
- Opportunity to make new friends and have fun
- Opportunity to travel nationally and internationally
- Opportunity to have a real say in deciding what and how projects are developed
- Opportunity to expand your skills, enhance your C.V and contribute to your life-long learning
(Still interested?) How can you get involved?
You can become a member of the Messines Youth Fellowship just by filling out the Membership Form and emailing it to us. Membership forms are available for download via our website at www.schoolforpeace.com/youthfellowshipform. This will enable you to be kept on file so we can inform you of future projects.
Membership is open to everyone who has participated on any of our programmes and you can become a member at any time. Best of all, membership is completely free!
You'd be crazy to miss out!
Yours sincerely,
